R15 Pineapple Ham Glaze

Pineapple Glaze : Made with Reggae R15 Pineapple wine

Ingredients:

  • 1 can crushed pineapple

  • 1.5 cups brown sugar

  • ½ bottle R15 Pineapple (approximately 1.5 cups)

  • ½ cup honey

  • Honey can be substituted with ¼ white sugar mixed into ¼ water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl

  2. Baste ham every 15-30 minutes while cooking until done

  3. Serve
