District Sales Manager

• THE ROLE

  We are looking for an experienced and driven District Sales Manager to join our three-person sales team. This is a field-first role — you will spend the majority of your time building relationships, developing accounts, and growing our brand presence across Indiana, with occasional shared sales responsibilities in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan,.

  Your primary focus will be off-premise accounts — grocery chains and independent retailers — with occasional calls on on-premise restaurant accounts. This role offers a great deal of autonomy alongside strong team support. When evening or weekend commitments arise, we flex scheduling to keep your workweek at 40 hours.
